Unless I can convince my husband to skip HS and circle back to Epcot because those Beignets and Horchata Margaritas are the stuff of dreams. For our trip in October we have 3 days of passes and it’s going to be Epcot, MK, & HS. Plus, I don’t really get that Disney “magic” feeling. Fire pits beckon you to sit down and relax. There are nooks and crannies everywhere that lend itself to quiet conversation. Animal Kingdom didn’t really blow my skirt up either but I think that’s because it always seems 10F hotter there although I’m not sure there’s any logical backing to my theory. The Animal Kingdom Lodge exudes warmth despite a soaring lobby. But before that I just felt like you could be in and out of that park in 3-4 hours max. Its well away from the noise and bustle of the rest. I haven’t been since they’ve opened Toy Story land though so maybe that helps. Because there are live animals at the Park, its been set up a little differently from other Theme Parks. The last 2 years of trips to HS have been kind of a bummer. with 2 comments By Jennifer O’Connor What do blaring techno-pop, psychotropic drugs and zoos have in common The answer, of course, should be nothing, but in an effort to keep revenue flowing in, zoos and aquariums around the world are welcoming events ranging from raves to weddings at their facilities at a high cost to the resident animals. Like wake up for breakfast thinking about lunch kind of people. Overall, EPCOT earns the honor of being the park BEST suited to adult Disney fans, as it contains more variety than Animal Kingdom. My husband and I (29 yo) are having a similar issue except Epcot and MK are musts for us.
